Hello, my name is Michele. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey. I received my Master’s in Community Counseling from Georgian Court University and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stockton University.

I have experience working with various populations including children, teens, families, adults, and veterans in the outpatient setting. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and grief. While my training background is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) based, I prefer to use an integrative approach in meeting individual client needs. Other treatment modalities I have experience with include Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

Providing clients with a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment is my top priority. I look forward to helping you meet your therapeutic goals!
