Hello, my name is Michele. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. I hold a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Georgian Court University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Stockton University. 

I have experience working with a wide range of populations, including children, teens, families, adults, and veterans in outpatient settings. Currently, my focus is on supporting adults in their mental health journeys.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, co-parenting and blended family dynamics, performance/sports anxiety, and grief.

Creating a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic environment is my top priority. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and live a fulfilling, balanced life.
