Greetings!

My name is Fern. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from Carlow University in 2013 with an MS in Professional Counseling.

Reaching out for therapy takes courage. If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with anxiety, or questioning your sense of self. You don’t have to navigate that alone. With 13 years of experience, I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in relationship challenges, attachment concerns, codependency, anxiety, OCD, low mood, and substance use/ addictions.

Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, or persistent worry that feels hard to control. I work collaboratively with couples, individuals, and families.

Early life experiences often shape how we relate to others and how we treat ourselves. Through attachment-based work and inner child exploration, we’ll gently uncover patterns that may keep you stuck. Together, we’ll build skills to set healthy boundaries, reduce anxiety, and develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Therapy isn’t always easy. Growth requires discomfort at times. Yet, when you are willing to take that step, real change becomes possible. Many mental health concerns are intertwined; we approach your healing holistically.
