Meet the Team

Alejandra Munoz Lozada, LAC

Therapist

I am bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rowan University. I have experience supporting young adults, adults, first-generation individuals, children of immigrant parents, and members of marginalized communities. I also work with individuals navigating daily stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, cultural challenges, and the pressures of living in an ever-changing world.

I’m deeply passionate about embracing multicultural identities and honoring the many layers that make each person who they are. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where clients can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood — especially in moments when life feels overwhelming or isolating. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating and emotionally exhausting, which is why I hope to walk alongside you through the process so you don’t have to navigate the complexities of your mind alone.

With growth often comes discomfort, and therapy can sometimes bring on difficult emotions, truths, and experiences to the surface. Together, we can create space to work through those moments with compassion, clarity, and honesty.
